We were overnight guests of Betty and Stan for Kathie's 50th birthday pary which was to be a surprise and it was. I will always remember Stan, I loved walking the alleyway with him and Betty to attend mass. It has been a long time since I walked the allies and this made it special. Thank you, Stan and Betty for sharing your home with us. We truly enjoyed our stay with you.

I last saw "junior" in 1953 and remember clearly his adventurous spirit. He was a very impressionable relative.
Shortly after World War II he rode his motor scooter with a friend from Bethlehem to Wilkes-Barre, relating how he had to push it up
Effort Hill. Our families there were amazed that he could do such a thing.
After the Korean conflict, he and I were sitting in a new car which he had just bought(a 1953? Mercury) and to me he appeared to have become much more thoughtful and deliberate.
I never saw him after that and am glad to see that he married and raised a family. Especially that he was loyal to the same wife for 57 years. I am so happy for that.
