Hi Gloria & Family,
I am so sorry about your loss. Brian lived a long and productive life. He accomplished so much and was a great help to others. If Dad were live, he would be so sad. He loved kidding around with Brian from one front porch to another. We now have another star in the sky. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.

I am sorry to hear about Brian, but I have to be honest...my first reaction was that he was 42 years old. Who expected such a long and productive life? It's a testament to his toughness and spirit, that was nurtured by his loving family and friends. People w/out his limitations, with his toughness and spirit, are Olympic champions or great leaders. Brian wasn't either. but what a great kid and man he became. This is what I will remember. All my Love. Terry, Uncle Jack and Aunt Ruth looking down from heaven.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Brian was an amazingly strong, caring, and unique person. We met at CSH in 1994 and the stories I could tell!! We laughed and fought like siblings and my memories of our times together are many. I will cherish them. The thoughts of all his crazy antics, water fights at CSH, the MAYOR, trip to New Orleans, working for him at the apt, and just spending time with him will forever fill my heart with joy and laughter!! He was AMAZING! He never saw himself as different and believed he could do it all! He has touched so many with his spirit and will be forever missed.

Gloria and Family-
Brian was a blessing to all of you! Despite the challenges in his life, he achieved much and is to be celebrated. As you know, we had our own very special daughter and walked a similar path with you and Bruce. She, too, is now gone and if it hadn't been for Shawn we wouldn't have experienced the rewards that come with parenting a special needs child. We've forwarded Brian's obituary to Marge Stauf who will then get in touch with Bruce Wallace and others that knew you and Bruce in Bad Aibling. Take care and God bless.
